Port Information
The CaseManager and ET
Client (Windows Remote Desktop client) utilizes TCP port 3389 (outbound
and inbound). Organizations configuring network security equipment
will want to configure their firewall and/or proxy server
as follows:
- TCP
port 3389 outbound from client to 209.119.116.226 - 209.119.116.254.
- TCP port 3389 inbound from 209.119.116.226 - 209.119.116.254 to client.
