CaseManager and ET Client version 5.2

This software may require an update to Windows Installer. An update is not required for Windows XP or later, but may be required if you have an earlier Windows version. If you need to update Windows Installer, please click the appropriate link below:

Port Information

The CaseManager and ET Client (Windows Remote Desktop client) utilizes TCP port 3389 (outbound and inbound). Organizations configuring network security equipment will want to configure their firewall and/or proxy server as follows:

- TCP port 3389 outbound from client to 63.113.214.0.
- TCP port 3389 inbound from 63.113.214.0 to client.
